TransL8 subscriptions are digital services that are used immediately upon purchase. Due to the instant and ongoing nature of our service, refunds are subject to specific terms outlined below.

2. 7-Day Free Trial

All plans include a 7-day free trial. During this trial period:

• You receive full Pro features at no cost
• No credit card is required to start
• You can cancel anytime during the trial with no charges
• If you don't cancel before the 7 days end, your subscription begins

3. Non-Refundable Subscriptions

TransL8 subscriptions are non-refundable once activated and used. This is because:

• The service is delivered and used immediately
• Translations have already been provided during the billing period
• Digital services cannot be "returned" like physical products

4. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK & EU)

Exception: First Subscription Only

Under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, if you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have 14 days from your first subscription purchase to request a full refund, even if you've used the service. This is your statutory "cooling-off period."

To request a refund under this provision:

4. We will process your refund within 30 days

After the 14-day period: All subscriptions are non-refundable.

5. Renewal & Cancellation

• Cancellation Effect: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No Partial Refunds: If you cancel mid-cycle, no refund is issued for unused time

6. Billing Issues & Disputes

7. Free Tier

The free Starter tier is provided as-is and has no refund rights (as it's free).

8. Changes to Pricing
